We advocate for and provide broader roles for faculty participation and leadership such as mentors, curriculum developers, change initiators, team leaders, pastoral care guides thereby, building a great educational team with faculties as leaders of change. Eminent personalities from the corporate world are part of our Advisory Board and we bring in their wide range of expertise and knowledge of the current market scenario. Guest Lectures and industry visits would form an integral part of our curriculum so that our students are well prepared to be industry familiar and would be ready to take up challenging jobs which would come their way.

Communication is the one of the basic functions of management in any organization and itsimportance can hardly be overemphasized. It is a process of transmitting information, ideas,thoughts, opinions and plans between various parts of an organization. Keeping its importance inmind, we focus specially on enhancing business communication skills of the students in BUSINESS ANALYSIS & CURRENT AFFAIRS. Questions on current affairs are often asked during job interviews assessing your sensitivity towardsthe social, political and economic issues in the society. Not only are you expected to show yourawareness and concern as a responsible citizen, your knowledge and views on these issues will alsoreflect on your personal qualities in critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.

PROJECT ASSIGNMENTS

Projects and assignments are tools used to apply the classroom learning in practice. The studentsare encouraged to think out of the- box and come up with innovative solutions and ideas. This formof learning stimulates creativity in young minds. They blend classroom learning and new age thinking & technologies and give a new point of view to traditional theories.

CASE STUDY METHOD

Harsh realities in today’s world are often different than what one comes across in the books. Thesituations experienced in the work area differ from the practical concepts. We develop the skills inthe students through group work, practical problem solving on real and live problems, timeconstrained work, personal and professional development portfolios and research work.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

We understand excellent communication skills is must for entry in corporates and hence we follow profession method for improving communication skills. Students coming from different parts of the country with different exposure are brought on single platform and we focus on overall development in the areas of Reading, Listening, Speaking & writing following International standards of English Education.
