SMART LEARNING TECHNOLOGY

Our campus, ISMS Pune, is more than a mere physical structure; it is a carefully planned ecosystem that will boost academic performance and encourage driven individuals. The updated facilities perfectly mix modern architecture, smart technology, and student-centric areas, which give a transformative learning experience.

Our classrooms are equipped with Smart Learning Technology that facilitates teaching and learning in a digitally driven world. Graphs, flowcharts, motion pictures, and photos can all be used to graphically share information thanks to this technology.

This approach makes learning easier and more lively, helping students understand concepts more clearly - because a picture often conveys more than words alone.

COMMUNICATION

The most important skill for success in any line of work is communication. Whether it is a one-to-one interaction or a group debate, effective communication influences the way ideas, information, opinions, facts, and emotions are shared to establish a common understanding. Even a highly qualified individual may find his abilities neglected if he lacks strong communication skills.

Our students take a variety of linguistic workshops all year long since communication is a vital component of everyday living. In order to ensure that they are ready for the demands of today's professional world, experienced trainers assist students in strengthening every element of this key ability.

INTERNSHIPS

Internships are available to students across all kinds of industries, providing them with valuable experience in real-world business environments. ISMS offers summer and winter internships to help students obtain useful experience that will benefit them in their final placements. This includes -

Winter Internships

Students can experience the corporate world for the first time through winter internships. It assists students in recognising challenges in the industry, finding possible solutions, and developing professional networks that could result in recommendations in the future. Their profile is enhanced by this early experience, which also helps students get ready for summer internships.

Summer Internships

Summer Internships, undertaken as part of the SPPU program following the second semester, endure for 2–3 months. Students already possess a solid conceptual base from their classroom education by this point. Working in their chosen domain allows students to apply these concepts in practice, strengthen their abilities, and raise their chances of acquiring permanent employment or a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

MENTORING

In order for students to succeed in their careers and in life, our mentorship program helps them discover their strengths, improve their skills, and reach their full potential. A mentor helps students achieve their objectives by providing guidance, support, and clarity for both professional and personal development.

Students select mentors and collaborate closely with them to develop their abilities and grow into future business leaders. The program's main goal is to make students capable and responsible citizens while preparing them for the workforce.

By the end of two years, our students become confident, result-oriented, and ready to showcase the expertise and skills expected by the business. Above all, we are still dedicated to our fundamental beliefs.

CREATIVE LEARNING

Creativity is the latest and innovative way to make learning fun and easy. The play-way method blended with art form brings out an undiscovered creative side of the students. They take a different approach to exploring their potential. Such learning lasts a lifetime. Additionally, it strengthens the bonds between teammates. This kind of learning cultivates traits in students like self-confidence, inventiveness and working in teams.

PROJECT ASSIGNMENT

Assignments and projects are useful tools for putting what is learnt in the classroom into practice. Students are encouraged to use their creative skills and come up with original ideas and solutions. This method develops creativity while combining innovative ideas and technologies with traditional ideas, providing new insights and improving their ability to solve problems.
