Placement Process - ISMS PUNE

Winter Internship Program (4-6 Weeks after end end of 1st semester )

ISMS offer a 1.5-months winter internship in December after the 1st semester Pune University exams so that the students get a first exposure to the corporate world. This will enable the student to learn the opportunities and challenges faced in the world that they are going to spend the rest of their life. It will open the doors to make strong new connections and build relationships with those who can provide a good recommendation in the future. It's one of the best things the fresh graduates can add to their resumes because it's an additional experience. It opens a gateway for the summer internship. In addition, it will be a practical experience that will be valuable and give a competitive edge and a better idea of working in the corporate world.

Summer Internship Program (8-10 Weeks after end end of 2nd semester )

Summer Internship is offered as a part of the curriculum after the 2nd semester for 2 months. After the summer internship, the students will be able to find out their strengths and weakness and explore their career paths to get acquainted with the field they are interested in. Students get a chance to learn the various aspects of a workplace from the people there by asking questions and clearing their doubts about how to perform a task. This will help them to decide if the career they have chosen is the right one. They can get good opportunities since they stand out to potential employers as they require less training can able to handle their responsibilities an organisation.

Final Placements(Start in 3rd Semester)

Final placement at ISMS starts in the 3rd semester and continues till the students get placed with the company suitable for their candidature. Students are free to choose a profile from a variety of reputed organizations in the industry across diverse sectors with a good profile and a handsome package.
