Selection Process

Candidates are advised to appear for approved PG entrance exams such as CAT, CMAT, MH-CET, or any other recognized national-level test. Applications will be screened by the Central Admission Team, and shortlisted applicants will be informed of their PI schedule. All candidates must attend the personal interview, either in person or through a telephonic round.

Selected candidates will be called for counselling at ISMS Pune. Admissions will be confirmed only after successful document verification. All admitted students must submit a mandatory undertaking and security form, signed by both the student and parent, agreeing to the institute’s rules and code of conduct.

Eligibility

For Post Graduate (PG) programs, candidates must have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their graduation from any statutory university. A relaxation of 45% is offered to SC/ST candidates from Maharashtra State. Students in the final year of graduation may also apply; however, their admission will be confirmed only upon securing the required 50% aggregate.

For Undergraduate (UG) programs, candidates must have successfully completed their HSC or an equivalent qualification.

Registration Fees

Upon confirmation of admission, students are required to secure their seat by paying a registration fee of ₹50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand only). After the registration fee is received, the Admission Letter and, if applicable, the Loan Letter (for bank loan purposes) will be issued to the student.

Refund Policy

For MBA-PGP/PGDM admissions, candidates who wish to cancel their admission must submit an official Refund Form, which will be processed subject to Director’s approval. Once approved, refunds are issued within 30 days through an account payee cheque in the student’s name.

Refund Guidelines

Within 7 days of admission: 10% deduction

Within 14 days: 25% deduction

Within 21 days: 50% deduction

After 21 days or 15 days before the batch commencement: No refund

Hostel and mess fees are refunded on a pro-rata basis.

For International Programs, all fees (registration/program/other charges) are strictly non-refundable.

By confirming admission and making the payment, students acknowledge and agree to all institutional rules and refund policies.
All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
