Terms & Conditions for refund of fees in case of cancellation of admissions

Request for cancellation of admissions and refund of the fee will be entertained only upon written request of the same addressed to the Head of the Institution. The request should be submitted and an acknowledgement should be collected on the same day. For requests received within the below mentioned time period, the refund of the fee after applicable deductions will be done in 15 working days.

  1. Cancellation within 7 days of Admission Confirmation 10% deduction of the fees.
  2. Cancellation within 14 days of Admission Confirmation 25% deduction of the fees.
  3. Cancellation within 21 days of Admission Confirmation 50% deduction of the fees.
  4. Cancellation after 21 days of Admission Confirmation or 15 days Prior to batch Start Date - No Refund.
