The major objective of campus placement is to identify talented and qualified professionals before they complete their education and provide employment opportunities to the young aspiring candidates who wish to seek an opportunity in the corporate world. To bridge this campus to placement transition we have a placement department at the International School of Management Studies with well-qualified professionals who continuously work on mapping the Companies as per their sectors along with the students as per their specialization & skill sets. Placement activity starts from the pre-intern period where we start working on the skills of our students. Considering their interest in particular specialization our training on English communication, resume building, interview preparation, aptitude test and general knowledge. ISMS Placement Team will ensure multiple placement opportunities for all our students and as far as possible will allow only reputed companies to hire students from our campus. Our experts’ team search for companies based on each individual’s area of interest and negotiate with companies for the best CTC so that students can get the best Package (CTC).
To achieve the desired results, we evaluate each students’ strengths and weaknesses individually and work on their improvements from the very first day through One-to-One Sessions and provide them Personal Improvement Plans (PIP).
