It’s about Consistency - lesson learned in ISMS Being part of a growing B-school like isms Pune, we not only learnt management ‘fundas’ from a group of amazing professors, but each one of us have also become a part of its growth story. It is very important to mention that the entire administration and faculty have always wanted the students’ body to participate in shaping the institute, be it vision & mission of the institute, policies governing the institute. The mentors at isms Pune helped us enhance my academic and interpersonal skills. We had the opportunity to learn through the extremely interactive and engaging lectures from the in-house faculty and visiting professors with both industrial experience and academic experience. I can positively say isms it has made me a better person .it has helped me develop a positive attitude towards my studies and discover more about myself. The co-curricular activities like industrial exposure have given us an overview of the industrial world. The various orientation programmes have helped us in the development of four personality. I think that has given us a sense of belongingness and ownership towards Isms. In addition to the academics, it is the podium that ISMS Pune has given me for the development of my leadership skills that I would cherish for lifetime. The time spent in isms Pune will be cherished for life and I would be forever grateful to it. ISMS helped me build confidence and a strong personality for today's corporate world. The campus environment is always positive & healthy and the teachers are highly supportive. Moreover, continuous corporate sessions helped me stay on track and gain insights from the best. Also, the college organizes lot of co-curricular activities which enhances the students to learn about the religions and festivals which helped me as a student to know more about different cultures and traditions of different places. With all this the college also arranges industrial visits and internship programmes which helps their student to know practically about the corporate culture and they also promote sports and fitness for the students by arranging sports week. In the end I would say that my decision to join ISMS for my master's will always cherish me throughout my life.
