Aditya was always determined to build his career in management. After his B.
Com, he joined ISMS Pune to fulfil his dream of doing an MBA and building a
successful career in the corporates.
Progression: - Aditya Khandare was very
much dedicated to his studies. He never missed any sessions and always
interacted with the faculty to improve himself. As a result, after his second
semester, he was selected by Wayne Education for his internship.
Outcome: - During the Final Placement Drive,
upon getting informed about the international company, Aditya knew that this
was his chance. He worked very hard and started spending more time preparing
himself, and when the time came, he used all his knowledge from internship,
skills and knowledge from training programs and successfully opened the gate
for his international career by being selected by Lions Mortgage Dubai, as a
Mortgage Consultant.
